Free WiFi is available at V. C. Bird International Airport for a period of 15 minutes by connecting to the 'VC Bird Intl' network. After the initial 15 minutes, you will be prompted to provide card payment details.

If arriving on a Virgin Atlantic flight, a Virgin Holidays Rep will be ready and waiting to meet you at the exit, once you have cleared customs. Simply make your way outside the arrivals waiting hall to meet a Rep who will assist with the transfer to your hotel. If arriving on another airline, please make your way to the SunTours arrival desk, situated outside the arrivals hall.

Unlimited free WiFi is available at Nassau's, Lynden Pindling International Airport by connecting to the 'LPIA' network.

If arriving on a Virgin Atlantic flight, a Virgin Holidays Rep will be ready and waiting to meet you at the main terminal exit, after you have cleared customs. Please look for the Majestic Tours Reps wearing blue uniforms with Virgin Holidays signage. If you are staying at a Sandals Hotel, Sandals will provide your transfer - but please make yourselves known to your Virgin Holidays Reps as well.

If arriving on another airline - if you have a pre-booked transfer through Virgin Holidays, please look for the Majestic Tours Rep who will direct you to your transfer. If you are staying at a Sandals Hotel, Sandals will provide your transfer - but please make yourselves known to your Virgin Holidays Reps as well.

If you are arriving on a domestic, internal flight, unfortunately, there won't be a Virgin Atlantic Holidays Rep to meet you on arrival. Our airport reps will be located at the exit of the International Arrivals hall if you wish to speak with them.

If you have a pre-booked transfer, please look out for your Virgin Holidays Rep who will be ready and waiting for you in the Arrivals Area after you have cleared customs. They will be wearing an Amstar uniform.

If you choose not to pre-book a transfer, unfortunately, our local Reps won't be able to meet you on arrival.

Free WiFi is provided at Montego Bay's, Sangster Airport by connecting to the 'DIGICEL MBJ Free' network.

If arriving on a Virgin Atlantic flight, your Virgin Atlantic Holidays Rep will be ready and waiting to meet you in the ground transportation arrivals hall, after you have cleared customs and collected your luggage.

You can easily locate them, as they will be wearing a red Virgin Atlantic Holidays polo shirt. They will assist you with allocating your pre-booked transfer.

If arriving on another airline, please go to the Amstar desk (Desk 10) in the arrivals hall. If you cannot locate the Virgin Atlantic Holidays Rep, Amstar staff will be able to assist you with any pre-booked transfers or any other queries.

Free WiFi is provided at Hewanorra International Airport by connecting to the 'HIA Guest' network. Please be aware there is no network coverage in the Immigration Hall and Customs Area.

Arrival via Coach Transfer from a Virgin Atlantic Flight:

Once you have cleared the Port Health Facility ,immigration and customs, please make your way outside the Terminal slightly to the right of the exit doors and look for the SunTours Caribbean Desk. You will be greeted by a uniformed Virgin Holidays Representative who will assign you to a driver, who will transfer you to your hotel. Please be advised that it may take some time before the transfer leaves depending on how quickly other customers clear immigration and customs and can join you on the coach

Arrival via Private Transfer from a Virgin Atlantic Flight:

Once you have cleared Port Health Facility ,immigration and customs, please make your way outside the Terminal slightly to the right of the exit doors, please look for the SunTours Caribbean Desk.  You will be greeted by a uniformed Virgin Holidays Representative who will assign you to a driver. For non-Virgin Atlantic flights customers will be met by a SunTours Caribbean representative

Arrival via Private Transfer from a Domestic Internal Flight:

Once you have cleared Port Health Facility ,immigration and customs, please make your way outside the Terminal, where you will be met by a SunTours Caribbean Representative who will transfer you to your hotel.

Virgin Holidays doesn't have a meet and greet service on arrival, but our resort services are provided remotely by SunTours from Barbados. You can find their details here

When you land

Arriving into Cancun Airport

Free WiFi is available by connecting to the 'free' airport network. You will then need to provide your personal details and watch a short promotional video. Then you will be connected and able to use the internet at your leisure. Please refrain from using your mobile device in the Immigration Hall.

After you have cleared customs, you will proceed through a 'mini' arrivals area where there are lots of car hire and time share desks. Your Virgin Atlantic Holidays Rep is not located in this area.

If you have a pre-booked arrival transfer to your hotel and travelling with Delta Airlines via USA connections, make your way to the General Gate/Groups exit (please do not use the Friends and Family Exit) your Virgin Atlantic Holidays Rep will be ready and waiting to meet you near Ait Margaritaville bar and restaurant. For any customers travelling with Air France/KLM via Paris Charles de Gaulle or Amsterdam Airport Schipnol, make your way to the General Gate/Groups exit (please do not use the Friends and Family Exit) your Virgin Atlantic Holidays Rep will be ready and waiting to meet you near the Mini Market. Your Reps will be waiting in 'Simplex' uniforms with Virgin Atlantic Holidays branding. Your private transfer driver will be allocated to you to take you to your hotel.

Porters are available to assist with your luggage. They can also provide a wheelchair service if required. They don’t have fixed rates and work on a 'tips only' basis.

Arriving into Mexico City Airport

If you are arriving into Mexcio City, Virgin Holidays doesn't have a meet and greet service on arrival at this airport, but our resort services are provided remotely by Simplex, our in country agent. You can find their details here.
