When you land

Arriving into Johannesburg Airport

Free WiFi is available by connecting to the airport's 'Free WIFI' network. Choose 'Complimentary access', enter your personal information and email address to connect.

If arriving on an International flight with Virgin Atlantic or another airline - once you have cleared customs, follow the exit signs to the Arrivals Hall, where your Virgin Holidays Rep will be ready and waiting to meet you. Please look out for the ILIOS representative who will be wearing an ILIOS uniform and holding a Virgin Holidays sign with your surname. If you have pre-booked a transfer, you will be met by your ILIOS chauffeur.
