If you booked directly with Virgin Atlantic

If your ticket is changeable and you booked directly with us, the fastest way to make changes is online. Our self-service tool is quick, easy and open 24/7.

You can use our online tool if:

  • You paid with money*

  • You paid with Points + Money*

You'll need to contact our Customer Centre if:

  • You used Virgin Points in full or for an upgrade

  • You’re part of a group booking

  • You’re a young person travelling alone

  • You booked a flex ticket

*Heads up: Self-service is only available if your booking includes up to two passenger types - like 1 adult and 1 child, or 2 adults and 1 child. If there’s an infant in a seat or a young person aged 12–16 in your booking, just contact us instead.

A few things to note:

  • If you upgraded using a promotional rate, it applies only to your original flight—it won’t carry over if you change.

  • Any extras you’ve added (like paid seats, special meals or extra assistance) will need to be rebooked or requested again after making the change.

Not eligible to change online? The best way to reach our Customer Centre is via our contact options. We'll help you get everything sorted.
