Important Information: Temporary Delay to Payments Due to System Upgrade

Virgin Atlantic is upgrading to a new and improved Finance system to help us provide an even smoother experience for our customers. As part of this essential transition, we will need to temporarily pause all payment processing from 22nd August. This is a required step in completing the system migration, and payment processing will resume on 11th September.

Once payments are processed from 11th September, please allow up to 14 days for the funds to reach your account, as this may vary depending on your bank’s processing times.
