This page tells you how to get assistance at the airport before and after your flight.
Airport staff can be arranged to help passengers who have a disability or reduced mobility. The staff will help you get to or from your aircraft, at any of our destinations.
We are happy to discuss your needs, and then make the arrangements on your behalf so your journey through the airport will be as easy as possible. Just contact our Special Assistance team before your flight.
