When you land

Free WiFi is available by connecting to the 'Abu Dhabi Airport Free Wi-Fi' network.

If arriving on an Etihad flight, you will land in Terminal 3. After clearing Customs and Immigration, there is one door that leads to the exit area which is where the Virgin Holidays Rep will be waiting - in the arrival area from Gates 1 & 2.

If arriving on any other airline, you will arrive in Terminal 1 & 2. After clearing Customs and Immigration, you will be met at the arrival area before the exit of the Airport. The Virgin Holidays Rep will be waiting with a Virgin Holidays sign.

On your holiday

Whilst we won't have Virgin Holidays Reps visiting your hotels, rest assured our teams are based locally and you can contact them via WhatsApp, phone or email.

If you have a problem with your hotel room, please speak to someone at reception in the first instance, as they’ll be best placed to help. If it’s not something they’re able to resolve, please contact us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Free, unlimited WiFi is available by connecting to the 'DXB Free WiFi' networks. Choose from either 'DXB Free WiFi' or 'DWC Free WiFi' to get online.

On your holiday

We won't have a Virgin Holidays Rep to greet you at the airport, nor are they based in your hotel but, rest assured, our team is available and you can contact them via WhatsApp, phone or email.
