Do you need to claim some points from a recent flight? Don’t worry, if you can't see them for any reason, you can still claim the points you’ve earned for up to six months after the flown flight.

Claim missing Virgin Points from your flight with Virgin Atlantic 

If you added your Flying Club number to your booking, your points will automatically process as soon as you’ve flown on the flight. Once processed, you will be expected to see these land in your account within 7 days. 

You can claim your missing points following the below instructions:

  • Log in to your Flying Club account

  • Select ‘Claim missing points’ button 

Claim missing Virgin Points from a flight with one of our airline partners

If you added your Flying Club number to your booking with one of our airline partners, your points will automatically process as soon as you’ve flown on the flight. Once processed, you will be expected to see these land in your account within 6 weeks. 

To raise a claim for the following airlines, please complete our webform below.

  • Hawaiian Airlines

  • IndiGo

  • LATAM Airlines 

  • Singapore Airlines
