A fire at Heathrow Airport had a significant impact on our flying programme on 21 March. We expect to operate a near-full schedule on 22 March, for flights arriving into and departing out of Heathrow on 22 March. There will be limited cancellations, due to aircraft and crew being out of position. The situation remains dynamic and we’ll keep all flights under continuous review.
If you are departing from or arriving into London Heathrow on 22 March, please check your flight status before heading to the airport.
Due to high call volumes driving long wait times, we kindly ask customers not to call our contact centre. If your flight is cancelled, we will notify you by email with alternative options.
If your flight has been affected, we’re offering flexible options to help you adjust your travel plans. You can choose to be rebooked onto the next available flight, reschedule your journey for a later date, or change your destination within our direct network. If you no longer wish to travel, you may also request a refund.
