Due to the ongoing situation in Israel, our flights to and from Tel Aviv may face delays or cancellations. Based on the latest information, we have taken the decision to pause flying to and from Tel Aviv until Wednesday 13th December.
The safety and security of our customers and our people are our number one priority and our flying programme to Israel remains under constant review. We would advise anyone booked to travel to check their flight status on the website before travelling to the airport.

If you're away from home, it's really important you provide us with your contact details by filling out the Away from Home Contact Form, so we can help organise your return trip home. Our team will be reviewing all options available and will be in touch with further details. In these circumstances, it is vital you travel on the next flight made available to you. Please note that if you have registered as away from home previously and were rebooked by our team, you will need to re-register as away from home.
If your flight has been cancelled and you are away from home, we will offer reimbursement for hotel accommodation, and transport to and from the hotel, in addition to meals and refreshments. You can find more information by visiting our Flight Disruption Policy.
