If you are missing points earned through your credit card, you need to contact your card issuer for them to investigate this.

Please note that if you have had a refund paid to your card, the points earned from the original transaction would remain as earned on your Flying Club account, taking your credit card account into a points earning deficit which must be cleared before points can be earned again.
