Congratulations!

We understand that welcoming a new member of your family means you may not have been able to travel as much in your current membership year. Because of this, we’d love to extend your status.  You’ll just need to send us a few bits of information.

Please email FlyingClub.Admin@fly.virgin.com with your name, membership number and a copy of one of the following documents:

 - Your new family member’s birth/adoption certificate

- Your maternity certificate/notes

- Your hospital booklet/letter

You’ll need to send us a separate request for all Flying Club members who would like to extend their status.

Once we extend your membership, your membership year date won’t change and you’ll still need to earn the relevant number of Tier Points for future tier renewals.

If you’re a Flying Club member over 18 and have other Flying Club members living at the same address, you can create a Household account to pool your points to fast-track your way to rewards.

For more information on Household accounts and how they work, check out our guide.

If you want to set up a Household account, log in to your Flying Club account on our website, check the FAQs and follow the instructions to get started.

If you already have a Household account and want to see the balance and linked members, or if you've been sent an invite you want to respond to, click here to log in.

To close your Household account, to unlink a member or request a transfer of points that have not automatically pooled in the Household account, please contact the Customer Centre on 0344 209 2722.
