Your Flying club account

By activating your account online, you gain control of your membership and open yourself up to a whole new range of exclusive Flying Club benefits, giving you VIP access to all of this:

  • Access your account
  • Claim missing points
  • Spend your points on reward flights
  • Change your personal details
  • Manage your communication preferences
  • Enjoy offers from us and our partners
  • Enjoy our exclusive competitions

To activate your account online, simply click on the link below and create a password. Once completed, you'll be able to get more from your account and enjoy all that Flying Club has to offer.

Activate your account online

You can claim the points you’ve earned for up to six months. 

You can print a new Flying Club card and use it straight away.

Login to your account and click on 'My Wallet' to view your Flying Club membership card.

Log in to Flying Club using your registered email address or Flying Club Number, along with your 10 or 11 digit password.

If you enter the wrong password three times you'll be locked out of your account and you'll need to reset your password


Choosing a password

Your chosen password must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Between 8 - 20 characters
  • Can contain up to 3 special characters 
  • No @ symbol
  • Must contain one uppercase and one lowercase letter
  • Must contain one number
  • Isn't your Flying Club account number or email address

 

Re-setting your password

We'll email you a link to reset your password. Keep an eye out for it - it will expire 24 hours after it's been sent. If your link has expired, just request a new one.

 

Email addresses

If you're logging in with your email address, it'll be the one you gave us when you joined, and the one we send your Flying Club emails to.

Every Flying Club account requires a unique email address.  If you have shared one with another Flying Club member in the past, you'll need to log in with your Flying Club Number first and update your profiles with different email addresses.

 

Forgotten your Flying Club details?

If you've forgotten your Flying Club Number, simply fill in your email, first and last name and we’ll send it to you.

If you've forgotten your password, enter your email or Flying Club Number to reset it.

If you can't remember either, or you've been locked out of your account and can't get back in, give our Customer Service Centre a call. They'll be happy to help. 

 

Logging in for the first time

The first time you log in to your Flying Club account you'll be asked to set up security questions and answers. The answers need to be a minimum of 4 and maximum of 100 characters.

If you're seeing an error message when you try to log in, you may need to upgrade to the latest version of our app.

Yes. You’re never too young to join Flying Club and start earning points, but under 18’s will need parental consent to sign up. Prior to completing the parental consent form, you will need to complete the Flying Club enrolment process for the under 18 year old using a secondary email address to set up the account. It is not a requirement for them to have their own email address or phone number.

Congratulations!

We understand that welcoming a new arrival means that you may not have been able to travel as much in your current membership year. We are happy to extend your status for you; we just need you to send us some information.

Please email FlyingClub.Admin@fly.virgin.com with your name, membership number and a copy of one of the following documents:

- Birth/Adoption Certificate
- Maternity Certificate/Notes

Please note, the status extension will not change your membership year date and you will need to earn the relevant number of Tier Points for future tier renewals. You will need to send a separate request for all members requesting the status extension.
