If you added your Flying Club number to your booking, your points will automatically process as soon as you’ve flown on the flight. Once processed, you will be expected to see these land in your account within 7 days. You can claim your missing points following the below instructions:

If you added your Flying Club number to your booking with one of our airline partners, your points will automatically process as soon as you’ve flown on the flight. Once processed, you will be expected to see these land in your account within 6 weeks. You can claim your missing points for majority of our airline partners following the below instructions:

Please allow 7 days after your flight with Virgin Atlantic for your Virgin Points to show in your account.
Please allow 6 weeks after your flight with one of our airline partners for your Virgin Points to show in your account.
Claims can be made up to 6 months after you travel.
No claims will be accepted for future activity yet to be taken/completed.
Names on any documents must match the name on your Flying Club membership.
