How to claim points back from your flight

Are you missing some points from a recent flight?  Don’t worry, if you can't see them for any reason, you can still claim the points you’ve earned for up to six months after the flown flight.

Virgin Atlantic

Claim missing Virgin Points from your flight with Virgin Atlantic 

 

If you added your Flying Club number to your booking, your points will automatically process as soon as you’ve flown on the flight. Once processed, you will be expected to see these land in your account within 7 days. 

You can claim your missing points following the below instructions:

  • Log in to your Flying Club account 

  • Select ‘Claim missing points’ button

Claim missing Virgin Points from a flight with one of our airline partners

 

If you added your Flying Club number to your booking with one of our airline partners, your points will automatically process as soon as you’ve flown on the flight. Once processed, you will be expected to see these land in your account within 6 weeks. 

You can claim your missing points for majority of our airline partners following the below instructions:

  • Log in to your Flying Club account 

  • Select ‘Claim missing points’ button

Flown recently but not yet a Flying Club member? 

You can claim the points you’ve earned for up to six months after the flight date as long as you’re a Flying Club member.

    Tip: Make sure your sign-up details match the name on your travel documents.

Join Virgin Atlantic Flying Club  

Here's some things to bear in mind

  • Please allow 7 days after your flight with Virgin Atlantic for your Virgin Points to show in your account. 

  • Please allow 6 weeks after your flight with one of our airline partners for your Virgin Points to show in your account. 

  • Claims can be made up to 6 months after you travel.  

  • No claims will be accepted for future activity yet to be taken/completed.  

  • Names on any documents must match the name on your Flying Club membership.
