24.1 Our liability to You is limited. You should take out adequate insurance cover for Your entire travel, including any flight disruption, the value of Your Baggage and its contents, and any medical risks.
24.2 Insolvency Protection
24.2.1 Except where You have purchased a Package Holiday or Linked Travel Arrangement, Your booking is not covered by Us under by any scheme of insolvency protection.
24.2.2 Linked Travel Arrangements - if You book additional travel services for Your trip after selecting and paying for one travel service or via link(s) sent to You within 24 hours after receiving confirmation of Your booking with Us, please see the IMPORTANT NOTICES below which are applicable depending on how You booked those additional travel services.
24.2.3 If you are in the UK and You book any additional travel services during the same visit to Our website or if You book additional travel services via any link(s) we send to You not later than 24 hours after receiving the confirmation of the booking from Us, the travel services will become part of a linked travel arrangement. In that case, We, as required by the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, protection in place to refund Your payments to Us for services not fully performed because of Our insolvency, and, where necessary, for Your repatriation. Please note that this does not provide a refund in the event of insolvency of the relevant service provider.
24.2.4 We have taken out insolvency protection with International Passenger Protection Ltd. You may contact this entity, or where applicable, the competent authority if the services are denied because of Our insolvency.
