The best way to check in is online where you can pick your seat and print your boarding card. If you’re travelling with carry on baggage only, you can print off your own boarding pass and we’ll see you at the gate.

All Virgin Atlantic flights depart from and arrive from Terminal A.
You’ll find our desks at A-3. These are located on Level 3 of Terminal A. Check in and bag drops in starts from three hours and thirty minutes before departure and closes one hour before departure.
When arriving into Orlando on an international flight, you will need to collect your bags, clear customs, and place bags on the transfer belt after the customs exit. For arrivals on domestic flights, bags will automatically be transferred if they are tagged to your final destination.
Virgin Atlantic flights arrive and depart from Terminal A. Terminals A & B are located in the same building, with a short walk between them on Level 3.
To transfer to Terminal C, use the people mover train which is accessed on level 3, on the east side of Terminal A/B. Once you disembark the train, walk through Parking Garage C.
