As of 21st July we’re back at Terminal 2 at our home in the North, and all flights will depart from there. You’ll find us at Zone B where our check in teams are ready and looking forward to welcoming you back. Check in opens 4 hours before your flight.
Transferring at Manchester airport? If you have a connecting flight, you will need to clear immigration and collect your luggage before continuing your onward journey.
Please arrive with a suitable face-covering, and wear it throughout your journey. We’ll be sad not to see your lovely smile at check-in, but it’s important to continue to keep everyone safe.
While our Clubhouse lounge is not open for business quite yet, our Upper Class and Gold Flying Club customers can unwind pre-flight in Lounge 1903, on the Executive Lounge level of Terminal 2 Departures.
Find more information on travelling to the airport, as well as the shops and restaurants, see Manchester’s terminal guide . There’s still a very limited range of shops and restaurants open with reduced hours, so do plan ahead. It’s a good idea to bring any food or snacks with you if you’d prefer, or have specific dietary requirements.
If you have any questions while you’re at the airport, you’ll be able to spot our friendly airport team in their red uniforms. They’ll be delighted to help.
We can’t wait to see you soon.
What time should I arrive at the airport?
Leave those last-minute airport dashes to the big screen! We recommend that you arrive at least two hours before your flight is due to leave.
Counter check in and bag drop
You’ll find our desks in Terminal 2 Zone B. Check in starts from four hours before departure and closes one hour before departure.
Online check in
The best way to check in is online where you can pick your seat and print your boarding card. If you’re travelling with carry on baggage only, you can print off your own boarding pass and we’ll see you at the gate.
