Flights to India and Pakistan

From Friday 19th November, passengers flying to Delhi, Mumbai and Islamabad should visit our check in desks in Zone G

From Wednesday 1st December, passengers flying from London Heathrow to Lahore should visit our check in desks in Zone A

Upper Class customers and Gold Flying Club members

If you’re flying in Upper Class, a Flying Club Gold member, or an eligible Delta customer, our Upper Class Wing and award-winning Clubhouse will also be reopening from 15th July too, alongside our Revivals lounge. You can enjoy the fantastic spaces, great food and drinks – and with a choice of waiter service or online ordering, we’ve made it an easy and seamless experience.

Please note that masks will need to be worn when moving around the lounges, and some areas will be closed or out of use for now.

To manage safe distancing, London Heathrow is only permitting those due to travel within the terminal, and are asking customers not to arrive more than 3 hours before their scheduled departure time.

We’re sorry to say we may not see all of your beautiful face when you arrive, since you’ll need to wear a mask at the airport. Masks can be purchased from vending machines or retail outlets in the terminal, or you can of course bring your own if you prefer. The health, safety and wellbeing of our customers and our people remains our top priority. You can see everything we’re doing to make sure you can fly safe, and fly well with us here.

What time should I arrive at the airport?

Leave those last-minute airport dashes to the big screen! We recommend that you arrive at least two hours before your flight is due to leave.

Counter check in and bag drop

You’ll find our desks at London Heathrow Terminal 3 (T3). We have plenty of counters available to keep the queues as short as possible. If you have an evening departure, beat the queues and check in when it's quietest between 15:00 and 17:00 - leaving you time to relax.
