Get your trip off to a flying start with Virgin Atlantic at Providenciales International Airport. From check in details to airport facilities for departures, to onward travel information for arrivals, don't stress - we've got it covered.
There is only one terminal Providenciales Airport.
Check out our Visa information pages for every country that we fly to.
It's important to note, that mobile QR boarding passes will not work at security. Therefore, you must have a printed boarding pass to hand in order to pass through security.
Unsure of your timings? It's best to be safe than sorry. Check your departure and arrival time with our handy Flight status tool.
The best way to check in is online where you can pick your seat and print your boarding card. If you’re travelling with carry on baggage only, you can print off your own boarding pass and we’ll see you at the gate.
Please be aware that firearms and ammunition are not permitted on this route under any circumstances.
Leave those last-minute airport dashes to the big screen! We recommend that you arrive at least two hours before your flight is due to leave.
Our check in and bag drop desks are located inside the terminal forecourt so look out for the Virgin Atlantic signage. They open three hours before departure and close one hour before departure.
Our special assistance team are on hand to help make your journey go smoothly.
At Turks & Caicos airport, we will embark and disembark customers using stairs instead of a ramp or airbridge. If you are unable to ascend or descend stairs, our ground teams are able to assist you using a stair climber.
Please do notify us in advance if you are unable to manage stairs by requesting mobility assistance through ‘My Booking’.
